The Journey
Your adventure begins with complimentary car service from the hotel to the private marina in Galveston. After a safety briefing and welcome drinks aboard, you'll set out into the calm waters of Galveston Bay before heading into the Gulf Intracoastal Waterway. The captain will narrate the journey, pointing out wildlife, sharing stories of local history, and adjusting the route based on the day's conditions and your interests.
The first stop is typically a remote sandbar where you'll anchor for swimming, snorkeling, and beachcombing. The waters here are surprisingly clear and teem with sea life. Depending on the season, you might spot bottle-nose dolphins, pelicans, blue herons, and even sea turtles.

The Secret Island Boat Tour is available year-round, with the best conditions from March through November. The full-day experience (approximately 6-7 hours including transfers) is priced at $395 per person for groups of 2-6. Private charters for couples are available at $695.
