1. Reservation and Booking Policy
All reservations are subject to availability and confirmation. A valid credit card is required to guarantee your reservation. Room rates are quoted per night and do not include applicable taxes and fees unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to cancel or modify reservations that appear to be fraudulent or made in bad faith.
2. Check-In and Check-Out
Standard check-in time is 3:00 PM and check-out time is 11:00 AM. Early check-in and late check-out may be available upon request and subject to availability. Additional charges may apply for extended stays beyond the agreed check-out time.
3. Cancellation Policy
Reservations may be cancelled free of charge up to 48 hours before the scheduled check-in date. Cancellations made within 48 hours of check-in will be charged the first night's room rate. No-shows will be charged the full reservation amount. Special rates, packages, and promotional offers may have different cancellation terms as specified at the time of booking.
4. Payment Terms
We accept major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) and cash payments. Full payment is due upon check-out. A credit card authorization hold may be placed at check-in for incidentals. All rates are quoted in US Dollars (USD).
5. Guest Conduct
Guests are expected to conduct themselves in a manner that does not disturb other guests or damage hotel property. The hotel reserves the right to refuse service or remove any guest who, in the judgment of management, engages in disruptive or illegal behavior. Guests are financially responsible for any damage to hotel property caused during their stay.
6. Smoke-Free Policy
Luviana Hotel is a 100% smoke-free property. Smoking is not permitted in any guest room, lobby, restaurant, or indoor area. A cleaning fee of $250 will be charged if evidence of smoking is found in a guest room. Designated outdoor smoking areas are available on the property.
7. Pet Policy
We welcome well-behaved pets in designated pet-friendly rooms. A pet deposit of $50 per stay is required, and a nightly pet fee of $25 applies. Pets must be leashed in all public areas and should not be left unattended in guest rooms. Guests are responsible for any damage or disturbance caused by their pets.
8. Liability
The hotel is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings left in guest rooms or public areas. Valuables should be stored in the in-room safe or at the front desk. The hotel's liability for any claim arising from a guest's stay shall not exceed the room charges paid for that stay.
9. Privacy Policy
We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information. Information collected during the booking process is used solely for reservation management and hotel communications. We do not sell or share personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. Security cameras are in operation in public areas for guest safety.
